Yoni Assia
Board Member & Chief Executive Officer

Yoni Assia is the CEO of eToro, the world’s largest social investment 

network. He has shown an interest in finance and computer science 

since his youth and so decided to merge his passions. It was this very

 passion along with the social revolution, which lead to the founding 

and development of eToro’s investment network, where users connect, share,

trade and invest in the world’s financial markets. Yoni is as passionate 

about his business, as he is for family, wife plus 2 kids, which often 

results in excessive use of the word awesome, and hi-fives around the 

office. It’s this young CEO’s vision to disrupt the old banking industry

and replace it with a new online transparent and social financial system

 for the benefit for everyone. Yoni holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and

 Management and an MSC in Computer Sciences.

Ronen Assia
Board Member
With over 15 years of interaction design experience, Ronen is
responsible for heading the product direction for each of the
innovative and socially engaging products that makes eToro the
world’s leading Social Investment Network. By keeping user
experience and simplicity at the forefront of product development,
 Ronen has been able to successfully create both web and mobile
products that are easy to use and professional. Ronen holds a
B.Des. in industrial design and an M.A. in design.

Santo Politi
Board Member
Santo Politi is a founder and General Partner of Spark Capital.
He most recently was a Partner at Charles River Ventures (CRV)
with an investment focus on media and entertainment infrastructure.
 His investments at CRV include BigBand Networks, Broadbus
Technologies and Groove Mobile. Santo holds an MBA in finance from
The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in
electrical engineering from NJIT and a BS in electrical engineering
 and a BS in physics from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
He is fluent in Japanese, conversational in Spanish and French and
is a native Turkish speaker.

Avner Stepak
Board Member
Avner Stepak, is one of the major shareholders and ex CEO of Meitav
Dash Investment House, The 2nd largest investment house in Israel,
managing over $32B and employing over 850 people. Meitav Dash has
been a leading investment management firm with extensive experience
and expertise in asset management of private and institutional
investors and brokerage since its establishment in 1979. Avner serves
as Vice Chairman of the company and is in charge of corporate strategy
 and business development at the group. Avner is a regular capital
markets commentator for Israel's national radio and holds an M.B.A.
from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University through the
Kellogg-Recanati International Executive Program.

Guy Gamzu
Advisor
Guy Gamzu has served as a director since the year 2000. Mr. Gamzu
has been an angel investor since 1997, specializing in pre-seed
venture finance. He is the founder of Sycamore Technologies
Ventures L.P and currently serves as a director of Eyeclick.com,
eToro.com, Mirtemis and Fiverr.com. Guy holds a B.S. in Business
Studies, Marketing and Finance from City University Business School
 in London, U.K.

Avraham Basher
Advisor
Mr. Basher brings more than 20 years of financial and capital
markets experience in and around the high-tech industry.
Mr. Basher has served as CFO and VP Finance in several publicly
 traded high-tech and investment companies. Mr. Basher serves
as chief financial officer for a multi-national investment house
and in charge of managing the finance, treasury and accounting
operations of the firm, as well as due diligence. Mr. Basher is
 a licensed CPA and holds an MBA in Information Systems and BA
in Accounting and Economics.

Anthony Wollenberg
Advisor
Tony Wollenberg is an expert in financial online trading law.
Over the last 25 years his line of work included the founding
and chairing the board of companies such as City Index, as well
as founding and serving as managing partner of Law practice
partnership Steptoe & Johnson (formerly Raikison) a law firm
with more than 500 lawyers across worldwide locations.
Tony holds a degree, in law (LLB) and political science from
the London School of Economics and was recently named by
"The Times" newspaper as being "among the City’s (London)
most dynamic and personable lawyers".

Howard Lindzon

Howard Lindzon is co-founder and CEO of StockTwits® – a social
network for traders and investors to share real-time ideas and
information. StockTwits was recently named “one of the top 10
most innovative companies in web” by FastCompany and one of the
“50 best websites” by Time Magazine. Mr. Lindzon has more than
twenty years experience in the financial community acting in both
an entrepreneurial and investing capacity. Howard continues to
manage a hedge fund he started in 1998.Mr. Lindzon received an MBA
at Arizona State University and an MIM from The American Graduate
School of International Management.
